Not Just an Event. A Statement.
Make it remarkable. Corporate celebrations, exclusive partner events, luxury gala dinners, and unforgettable brand experiences across Croatia.
Because the most successful events aren’t simply attended.
They’re remembered.
Some events are meant to bring people together. Others are designed to leave a lasting impression. At CORE, we create the latter.
Whether you’re celebrating a significant company milestone, welcoming your most valued business partners, launching a new brand, or hosting an exclusive gala evening, we believe every event should tell a story — your story.
We go beyond conventional event planning to create extraordinary corporate experiences in Croatia, combining spectacular settings, unexpected details, exceptional hospitality, and imaginative production.
Imagine a private dinner beneath the stars in a historic Croatian fortress. An elegant celebration on a secluded Adriatic island. A spectacular brand experience where every moment reveals something unexpected.
“From the first impression to the final farewell, every element is designed to make your guests feel that they are part of something truly exceptional.”

The Art of Celebration
An Evening That Becomes a Story Worth Telling.
The Vision
An international luxury brand is celebrating a significant milestone and wants to thank the clients, business partners, and individuals who have contributed to its success. Eighty distinguished guests. One extraordinary evening. A celebration that must reflect the brand’s identity, elegance, and ambition.
For CORE, the perfect setting is Istria — a destination where rolling vineyards, centuries-old estates, world-class gastronomy, and understated Mediterranean elegance create something truly special.
The Invitation — The Art of Anticipation
Several weeks prior, guests receive an elegant personalized invitation card revealing only the essentials: date, dress code, and a promise of an extraordinary evening somewhere in the heart of Istria. The exact location remains a secret.
The Arrival — Somewhere Unexpected
Private chauffeur-driven executive fleets collect guests as golden sunset light falls across the countryside. They arrive at a magnificent private wine estate. Guests are welcomed with exceptional local sparkling wine accompanied by a live string quartet among centuries-old olive trees.
The Experience — A Celebration of the Senses
Guests step into an open-air dining sanctuary overlooking the vineyards. A long, exquisitely styled imperial table waits beneath a canopy of delicate lights. A renowned private chef presents a multi-course gastronomic journey paired with rare local vintages. No lengthy speeches — only meaningful connections and flawless hospitality.
The CORE Surprise — When the Evening Transforms
Just as guests believe the evening has peaked, the music shifts. A discreet pathway through the vineyards begins to glow with hundreds of lanterns. Guests follow it to reveal an intimate illuminated garden hidden beyond the vines with live headliner entertainment, botanical cocktails, artisan desserts, and dancing under the stars.
The Farewell — A Lasting Impression
Each guest receives a hand-crafted keepsake celebrating Istrian artistry as their private chauffeur returns them smoothly to their luxury suites.
The Secret Vineyard Garden
A secret illuminated garden hidden beyond the vineyards, revealed at the exact psychological moment and transformed into an exclusive celebration under the Istrian sky.
